His enthusiasm in all the work he carries out is excellent and the results first class. Wayne has the ability to command people’s attention weather he is presenting his Radio show or running a club night. Having worked alongside the biggest names in the nightclub industry, (Pete Tong, Paul Oakenfold in nightclub land to Personal appearances by the like of Calum Best and Girls Aloud) Wayne has always stood out in terms of his effort and likeability factor. What always surprised me with Wayne is when he is booked for any event he will turn up well in advance of the start time to make sure that he is fully aware of what is required from him and never walks through the door with the gig a couple of min utes from starting. He would also hang around and personally speak to his audience. You can be sure in booking Wayne that you will get value for money and a presenter who will get results no matter what he is doing. I cannot think of a single venue I have worked in, or worked for where I have not had Wayne appear at the club. That in itself is a testimonial to his work. I have known Wayne since his very early career and have seen him climb the ladder to success. Wayne is one of the very few DJs I can book who I know I do not have to manage. His professionalism and skill as both a DJ and entertainer are second to none in the business. His popularity in the North East is so vast that he can go from appearing at a primary school to entertaining adults in a nightclub. Anybody who is looking for a total pro and rock solid booking then they should not look any further than Wayne. Just a quick note to thank you for Friday night, I was really concerned that my event organiser hadn't briefed you properly, in fact I know he didn't, for which I apologise. Consequently I was braising myself when you got up on stage thinking, oh my god this could go horribly wrong. How wrong I was, you have a unique gift of turning a series of messages into a really natural flowing dialogue with audience participation, I was knocked out and so relieved that you did such a great job with so little information or time to plan. The launch night was a great success and thank you again for holding it together in such a professional and warm way. We have a number of these to do around the U.K. and would love to think you could juggle your schedule to accommodate my dates. Wayne has worked for me in the role of radio presenter for 7 years. He is one of the most professional people I have had the pleasure to work with. Wayne has experience presenting on radio, also to camera and has recently embarked on various digital videocasts for us online too. Wayne is reliable and contientious, couple this with a willing disposition and you have a real talent. In addition to broadcasting Wayne can perform to a live crowd and often hosts events for us. One of our key partnerships is the Metroradio Arena. This is the largest live music venue in the northeast for which we have the naming rights and a strong association. The night we announced our new deal Justin Timberlake was kicking off his tour in Newcastle and his support act failed to turn up. We contacted Wayne who was enjoying a meal across town. He immediately made himself available and was on stage playing music and warming up the crowd of 11,000 until Justin came on stage. The atmosphere was electric and Wayne performed brilliantly. I would not hesitate to recommend Wayne for any presenting role. I have worked with Wayne on a few occasions, his role to inspire young people to want to achieve. I manage a programme that offers young people the opportunity to access a host of activities to raise the awareness and the importance of being Enterprising. After seeing Wayne at an event, where he spoke to young people and the impact he had on engaging the young people, I felt he would be perfect for my project. As mentioned, I have worked with Wayne on a few occasions and both times I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and his ability to remain motivated and focused with the job in hand. Young people can be a tough target audience, but Wayne engaged the young people throughout his delivery. I also felt that he is very approachable and open to ideas and a good listener. I believe that Wayne is one of the hottest talents I've ever come across. Having worked on TV in Britain and the U.S. currently on ABC with `Scariest Places On Earth' I have no doubt he can take it all the way. He is a great people person dealing well with the public, often getting them to do the most outrageous things. He works hard, puts a lot of effort and preparation into everything he does. He is a true star. Having worked with him on BBC 1's `Trouble In Store' he's a handful and a lot of fun. Your performance on Saturday 6th October with our PA Liam from Big Brother was sensational! I am now even planning some of my forthcoming activities around your availability. Liams Tour Manager, Guy Alderson said that you were the best presenter that had been used during Liams tour. I have used the services of Wayne as a presenter over 10 years now, both in my capacity as Public Relations & Marketing Manager at the Metro Radio Arena and since opening my own business four years ago. Wayne has been booked from everything from a childrenís event with the ice hockey and basketball and concerts through to hosting the warm-up session at major gigs at the arena, often stepping into the breach at very short notice. His ability to work with all generations, genders, race and situation are a credit to him and he captivates his audience superbly by researching and preparing for the task ahead. ‘In a world full of personalities, people do have a choice, making the right one is very important’.
