Not just a chef, Rob is a culinary leviathan.

He has a thriving consultancy business, providing fresh solutions for corporate and institutional clients. He is passionate about the quality of British food and sits on many national boards and advisory groups related to food safety, nutrition and even school food. He has worked tirelessly around the globe to promote all areas of British food production and the unique qualities of our cuisine - receiving the "Image of Britain" award in recognition of these endeavours.

His ability to inspire and succeed is amply illustrated by The Wiggly Worm, a charity set up by Rob using food to inspire disadvantaged youngsters, stroke victims and many others to increase their self esteem and develop food related skills to help them move forward.

All the above works because he is a great chef, training at Le Gavroche and The Royal Crescent Hotel in Bath.

He has not been confined to his own restaurant for over a decade preferring to explore a wider food interests but is non the less recognised as the "Cotswold Chef" who caters for some very exclusive private clients.

A natural public speaker he is an extremely engaging communicator and facilitator. The tireless passion that he feels about his subject is inspirational, his enthusiasm is contagious – whether it’s a product launch, a food safety issue or a full blown bacchanalian feast it couldn’t be in better hands.
